Our 3D printed winch drums come in 4 standard sizes and 3 fitting types

Standard sizes of the line spool are 32mm, 36mm, 40mm, 42mm, 46mm and 50mm.

Fittings are the standard 6mm hex fitting compatible with the RMG, Red Ant and ARS winches, a 25T spline fitting compatible with Kingmax winches (and various other servo type winches), and a plain drum ready for you to mount your own spline fitting to match your winch.

The drums are multi-part printed in PLA-CF (Carbon Fibre re-enforced plastic) which we assemble and bond together.

If you need a different size trim please get in contact with us and we will quote you for making a drum to meet your needs.

3D printed Mast Heels for 11.1mm Mast section.

Come in two variants, flat and with a locating Tang.

Stainless Steel fairlead used for main and jib sheets, sized to allow a z-hook to pass through the sheet hole.

Available for 11mm and 10mm booms used in the IOM (International One Meter) class and weighs less than 0.9g.

Laser cut from 316L (A4) Stainless steel plate before being hand reamed to remove sharp edges of the sheeting hole and then tumble polished to remove all burrs and imperfections.

Slide onto your boom and then apply a light crimp using pliers to secure it in position.

Stainless Steel Clew fitting used for mainsail and jib clews. 

Available for 11mm and 10mm booms used in the International One Meter (IOM) class and weigh under 1.2g each. 

Laser cut from 316L (A4) Stainless steel plate before being tumble polished to remove all burrs and imperfections.

Slide onto your boom and then apply a light crimp using pliers to secure it in position.

To attach the sail use a pair of pliers to gently bend the leg of the fitting forwards to create sufficient gap to feed the clew of the sail onto the fitting and then bend the leg back.

3D printed in PLA-CF (Carbon Fiber strengthened PLA) this fairlead is a tight fit on the boom and the hole is sufficient to allow a Z Hook to pass through.

May be located in place with a drop of CA (Superglue) if you prefer

These 3D printed sliders fit tightly onto your boom to give you a fixed point to terminate a line, or may be used as an adjustable band which you slide back and forth to adjust a control line.

3D printed in PLA-CF (Carbon Fibre strengthed PLA) this band can be used to help locate other fitting not the boom to stop them moving when under tension.

Use in pairs to locate your job hook-down line in place of a swivel

3D printed in PLA-CF (Carbon Fiber strengthened PLA) this fairlead is secured on the boom with a pinch-bolt which allows it to be moved and repositioned at any time.

The sheet hole is sufficiently sized to allow the fitting to be used with or without a z-hook on the sheet.

Fully adjustable Clew attachment 3D printed in PLA-CF (Carbon Fibre strengthened PLA).

M2 machine screw passes through the sail clew eyelet and clamps onto the boom with the aid of a captive nut.

Adjust the tightness of the machine screw to find a balance that allows you to adjust the foot of your sail without it moving under tension.   It may be necessary to tighten further in strong winds.

3D printed Clip on Spreader fitting for your 11.1mm mast.

Supplied in 3 variants with differing backward sweep of your spreaders.  0, 5 and 10 degrees.

We fit a dog-point grub screw into the front of the fitting that can be used to consistently locate the spreaders in the same place.  The M2 grub screw may be adjusted using a 0.9mm hex key.

Holes for your spreaders tubes/rods are undersized to allow you to drill or ream them out to accept your spreaders.

Stencils for adding Numbers to your sails

The design includes beveled edges on the underside to help reduce the chance of your ink bleeding under the stencil and the individual stencils interlock with each other to ensure perfect alignment of each stencil and the others.

We suggest you use a fine tipped pen (0.4 or 0.6mm) around the perimeter of the shape to closely follow the edge and then fill the profile with a broader pen.

The Stencil is designed slightly bigger than the minimum size defined in the class rules, but you should ensure that any markings you add to your sails fully comply with the relevant rules.

The stencils are 3D printed in PLA and so you may see some layer lines, but they should not affect your use of the stencil.

3D printed fitting ready to take your crane and sail hanger.

Matched to the 11.1mm mast section with a top section of 3.2mm, thus suitable to be uses at your Top Limit Mark.  you may need to add some tape or paint the band to comply with class rules.

Designed for our cranes but will accept most other cranes that are at least 1.5mm thick.

Holder fits into a 7mm hole in your boat

36mm for RC Laser Drums

We have created this plastic cover to plug the hole left behind when an RMG switch is removed from a boat.

Very low profile and weighing less than 0.8g, simply bond over the hole with a thin bead of silicone.

Dual antenna’s on 2.4GHZ receivers should be perfectly straight and the two antenna at 90 degrees to each other.

We offer two models, once which is designed for Futaba receives with two thin antennas and the second for receives with thicker antennas like the FlySky.

These 3D printed holders keep the two antennas correctly orientated to each other and make it easy to attach them under a deck patch or in a pot.

Gently insert the antennas using a small bit of tape to secure them in place.
